My bluetooth on my samsung d500 has been working fine since i've had the phone, then all of a sudden i tried to activate bluetooth the other day and it came up with "Bluetooth Activate Error". I tried numerous times to no avail. I even tried to turn the Infrared on, and that comes up with "IrDA activate error". Can you please help.

i have the following problem
if i put a simcard in my d500 it asks for the pin i enter it but then it says phone frozen ?!
wich code must i use to reset this and is it even possible?
i bought the phone second hand and i think they screwed me or didnt they

also how do i reset ma images because this would sort this problem since it was from wen i put a pic from ma pc through bluetooth onto my phone that it has stopped working....many regards
