Hi everyone.
I found a Samsung D500 but its locked or blocked or both. When I put in my Vodafone sim card is says "Network lock" and I have to type in some password. I tried 8 zeros but I didnt work. I think the phone is locked to orange because it has a the orange logo at the back of it.
Can you help me, please?

i have a d 500 for the most part my phone works unlocked but in some areas it tells me limited serivce and wont let me dial out...what can i do? my service is cingular

hi there! I just bought my samsung (orange) d500 a month or two ago from some guy and it didn't come with a usb (which doesnt matter because i have one from my old samsung phone that i lost)so i connect the usb to the phone and when i run the PIM & File Maneger it says "sim is not initialized". Someone told me that the guy i bought the phone from downloaded a game and entered a code and forgot to switch it off.. can someone please help me..

What is the "Code" part?! no-one in the whole forum has found an answer, yet the question has been asked by loads of people, so many times.

right wel ive just signed up for dis coz most of all of u r askin for a CODE in the network unlock. well the CODE is an 8 digit number which can b used as ur pin but is pretty hard to get hold off i got my fone unloekd the other day and he gave me sum free codes with it im not entirly sure if they work thoe but giv them a try
put in 00000000 and try that in the code space on the enables network lock or try 00001000,00010000,00100000,01000000,10000000 try sum of these there r supposed to work see ya all l8r:D

and i have also heard that there has been codes found for the newer d500 because *#7337# dosent work on the d500s bought after december 2005 i am on the look out for these codes but if any of u come across them send them plz:D
