im new here and was browsing through to try sort some of the problems i have had with my d5oo i recently baught off ebay.
my phone kept crashing/freezing after 10 seconds or so after turning it on i got annoyed and tied nearly enough every code that has been posted on here i finally got it working after typing in #*7693# wich turns out to be a sleep mode on the phone.
only problem is i have to do this everytime my phone is turned off or battery dies.
now my phone is having trouble with retrieving mms (pic msgs) and it says unknown subscriber?
but before i put codes in it was wrking and was able to recieve these msgs.
another problem i have like many ppl who own a d500 is when i got the phone off ebay the bluetooth and infared is not working at all and says activation error,
i really hope someone out there has the knowledge to help me fix these problems as ive always wanted a d500 and now i have one it has turned into a headach
my network is on 02 and unlocked to all netwrks please help!

hi! sumhow i blocked my d500 and now its asking me 4 the 'Sim Lock code '......any1 know how 2 get it pls? tah x

Please help me.
When i try to turn on my bluetooth on my d500 it keeps coming up with "Bluetooth Activate Error". I tried numerous times and it still hasn't worked. I even tried to turn the Infrared on, and that comes up with "IrDA activate error". Can you please help.

Hi all, I'm new here and need some help with my D500 if someone can advise.
Basically bought the phone in UK unlocked and as I live in Israel, I'd like a Hebrew language pack and if possible instructions on how to install it. Also, can someone be kind enough to let me know if it's possible to set the phone up myself to access the internet, mms etc? I've tried googling it and tried inputting settings I found on the net but still can't get online.
Also, I read somewhere that it's possible to "flash" the phone to watch video full screen, listen to mp3's as you type sms messages etc. Is this true and how can it be done.

OK someone help me please!
I get the codes I used green light too.the problem I'm having is that I can't even enter the symbols * or # before or after the numbers in the codes.every time I go to enter the # the message "password too short"comes up,how do I get around this?
It is very frustrating.(sigh)

i have forgot my sim pin my serial number is r6xy934598y my imei is 356098/00/483650/2 i dont no if any of this helps but i would really apreciate it if sum1 had a generator or somthing thanx

My sons D500 will only turn on to the Samsung screen, It illuminates for 3 seconds then dark for 7 secs then 3 sec on etc.
