Um, my friend got the same phone as me, but he had a lot more options on is, like he could set a welcome screen message and hide the bar on the main screen etc. so I assumed it was unlocked.
Does anyone know how I can do that with mine?

Help!
Does anyone here know how to reset the phone lock (not network lock) to a 920sc? My kid (though he doesn't want to admit it) "accidentally" typed in a new password and now I can't use the phone. I've tried everything, using the possible defaults, entering old codes, nothing worked.
Please, anyone. help.
