I do not know this guy. I have no other reason to take my valuable time to respond to this guy other than protect others from his scam. However, this guy did his homework. You are not safe using PayPal. I just received a response from PayPal about my dispute. Here is part of their response: "PayPal was not able to resolve this case because the item in question was virtual or intangible. We are not able to adequately investigate payments for intangible items, services, licenses, or other digital content."
If this guy spent as much time developing his software as he did with perfecting his scam he would have a great product. Sadly he has taken the low road and I was scammed. This is my final warning on this blog. To all reading this; again, call Samsung to get your "phone freeze" issue resolved free of charge - including shipping the phone to and from them. Even if you purchased it on eBay. Use a $3 company to get your phone unlocked. If you use this company expect to lose $18.99 and you have no recourse with PayPal.
Good luck!

even Paypal acknowledges that you are full of bullshit and you still don't get it?
As for the 3$ unlockers on eBay. good luck with that if you want to get your phone in phone freeze mode! haha but NO worries our solution can fix it for you, you just have to actually read the manual and not pretend to know everything and follow the instructions to do it. Not very hard for most people

Hi, I would be happy to test it out for free and report back here if the software works.
I have a Samsung SGH-A551.
It is displaying "Phone Freeze". I would like to unfreeze and unlock the phone from the original carrier.
I'll send an email to sales.
