Hi Don
every now and then when i go to open my phone, a white screen comes on instead of what should come on.
every samsung ive ever owned as sufered this fault, is there a remedy?
im sick of buying a new one all the time, and they arnt cheap as you know.

hi all
solved the problem of getting into tat mode now
but when i try to change anything using win iemi the app stops and gives an error code
reading phones version !
fail in reading phone version !
can anyone shed any light on this please as getting a bit annoyed with the phone and am getting close to firing it through the window lol
any help much appreciated

You could try replacing the Flexcable, thats what i did when my screen was white and it worked. Im not sure it will work for you because mine was white all the time, open and close.
It comes up with wrong code.. How many attempts do I have?

my camera on my d500 hasnt been working and i've tried using the code that was given to reset my camera and that didnt work either because it said now allowed. everytime i tried taking a picture, the phone auto adjusts and then it freezes up. after a minute later the phone restarts itself but it doesnt have the picture saved. as of now i have no access to the camera but i am able to take videos on my phone. please help!

Hi! i need ur help i bought his phone from ebay was working fine a couple of days and now my screen is half and upside down and backward ... any onw know how to reset the screen function in it.. I would really appreciate anyones HELP..Thank u

hey guys, i busted my old nokia, so a friend got me a samsung d500, but the thing tells me limited service with any sim card inserted. friend tells me it isnt stolen but i am not so sure, but no certainties. how can i use it? what do i have to do? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks guys and girls.

HIYA Dan, i was wondering about the disable network. Where would i find the code that is needed at the end of the 638* bit, if you have it, i would be most grateful, if you could tell me , my phone is on vodafone, thanks very much jayne
after unlocki9ng my orange d500 witht that code ...same thing....resets if you press the green call button....which used to bring up last dialled numbers...and when you try to delete any calls made ...crashes.
if i had known this i wouldnt have unlocked it!!!
anyone know how to fix this?

Hard reset your phone : *2767*3855#
The green button now works again and it is still unlocked !!
