Hi - as u seem to b a bit of an expert on the D500 thought I'd ask for your help
I've had mine for about 1 month (bought from ebay - unlocked from orange) - I'm with o2. Had no probs at all up until a week ago - when I had a limited service display and couldn't do anything with the phone. I can now recieve and send texts but can't make or receive calls. Phone works ok with Orange SIMs but not O2! I stupidly bought an unlocking code (which it turns out just resets the phone according to your list of codes). Do you have any other ideas how to resolve this problem? Really appreciate any advice you can give! Thanks a mil.

i read somewhere u need the last 8 digits of the NCK number. how do i get this number? coz with my version of the d500 #*7337# doesnt work :<

You can only fix that problem by changing the imei but changing the imei isn't that easy because the imei needs to link with the bt mac adress.

Hi,
Im just wondering if anyone knows where I could find out what all these codes do? i see the short explanations but for instense what does "Copycat feature Activa/Deactivate " do or "Watchdog ON/OFF " maybe if I tried a couple then it may tell me on my phone? but im a bit warey
also im wondering if there is any way to add new Skins, ive been reading about Flashing and stuff but seen no meantion of adding new skins, anyone know its its possible or is that part too much of the origanl phone programing?
thanks for any help.
