they have a download center. just search for your phone. click on 'software.' d/l. enjoy. And if you somehow get it to work, come back to the forums and explain what you did!! (i can't seem to get mine to work!)

i checked samsung.com site and seems that they have disabled downloading any phone related software. seems like the US providers convinced samsung to make us pay for ringers and pics now? well, i went to samsung.co.uk site and went thru 'service' portal to download easy gprs...select mobile/wireless phones and select either s300, v200 to download the software. don't worry about the S300 listing. it works for any phone that requires easy gprs.

hey i went to that website but when it finished downloading this winzip extractor thing came up n i cant open the program!!

Try again to download EasyGPRS from samsung WEB site. There are different software for different phone models. Follow this link, choose your phone model and download the proper software:
