i have formatted and upgraded my 6230 to a cellphone repairshop. now its version is v4.44 after the upgrade when i browse it it suddenly went "off" but when i press the keypads again it when "on", i ignore the problem because it doesn't happen again for a week. but for sometimes i connect it to my computer to download songs, it when "off" again and lose connection to my pc, i just press anykey then it when "on" again. when i test the bluetooth i discover that it shuting off again when it is searching for a bluetooth device. i have to turn off my 6230 then turn on my bluetooth again to fixed the problem. what could be the problem of my cellphone? is it the formatting or the version?

Never heared about anyone having this problem.
But:
My old 6610 had similar issues after it was replaced... turned itself of after connecting via IrDA... my provider got me a new one (was covered by warranty) which worked...

Not sure about your problem but may i suggest you get the firmware done again. I have V5.24 and it's excellent.

I believe its memory thing, because it happens to me when im trying to send 5.3 mbs via Bluetooth, the phone suddently shuts down, but when i press any key it comes back to life. Never happen again only with bluetooth and when sending 5mb....
any other comment related?

I have a very similar problem, but it often happens even when i send files much smaller than 5mb.
Even if the data i'm sending is just making a backup of my phone thrpugh pc suite.
I have friends with the same phone (6230) who don't have any of these problems, is my phone just screwy?
Should I be looking for a replacement under warranty here or what?

it's do happen to V4.44, when you transfer a lot data e.g. mp3 into N6230. It's don't happen to f13ry-4lt1s because he can't get his bluetooth working yet.
