Can anyone tell me exactly how hard it is change the faceplate on a V551 phone? Can I severely damage my phone? How likely is it that I will damage it? Also curious about changing the entire housing, I assume that is alot riskier but haven't found any information on how to do it, step by step, what precautions to take, how risky it is, etc. Can anyone provide this info for me?
PS Can anyone tell me where I can find a T6 OFFLINE? Like what stores would generally carry it?

Thank you for the info on on getting the necessary tool.
However is anyone here able to direct me towards a tutorial or something, to help me change my faceplate and entire housing also? I have read that a technician should be the one to do a housing since you can damage the phone, but i would like to know if its possible to do it myself without harming the phone. I'm pretty sure I can do the faceplate and battery plate by myself with a quick step by step, but an entire housing I dont know anything about. Any information would be helpfull!

just make sure you don't split the rubber seal and the tool is available in every cheap screwdriver set with hex heads, and some force is needed to remove the main body housing as it is also plastic clipped as well as the screw..

Where is this rubber seal you are talking of and what can I do to prevent splitting it? And what do you mean by "plastic clipped"?
Could you possibly give me like a step by step procedure for this as it seems you are familiar with doing it yourself. A step by step would be incredibly helpfull

I just changed my housing for my phone. It took me an hr but it can be done. The only thing is you have to take your time and yes you can damage your phone if you are not careful there are tabs that can brake easy. You can get the T6 in any hard ware store. Need help you can e mail me. Thanks for reading, Justina
