I have 6260 with firmwire 3.0515.0 13-04-05 RM-25, and I want to upgrade it tol last version, what should I do and where can I download the last firmware?

As I am in the US with a European 6270, Nokia will not allow me to take my phone to a service center, and they don't have any way to locate one regardless. Does anyone know how to locate a nokia service center near Dallas, TX?
i have currently installed software V 05.56 25-01-02 NPE-3 (c) NMP. on my nokia 6210 and i urgently need a new one because mine does not include italian t9 dictionary.
can someone please send me nokia 6210 firmware file including italian t9 dictionary at detlev24@hotmail.com with short how-to?
