6230 I have V05.34 build on 23/03/05
I am already on the 5th phone and and this release sucks. It freezes up 4-5 times a day and the only way to get out of it is to take the battery out.
Also it toggles list in address book, other lists contineously as if someone is holding down the button. To get out of this issue you have to take the battery out.
The 4.43 version is much better (friends have that)

I only experience hang on my old firmware, the newer version tend to restart when it runs in error. After I upgraded it to V5.35, I never face freeze problem.

Just wanted to know what process did you have to go through to upgrade it to 5.35?

I upgrade my N6230 at Nokia Service Centre.
Free of charge because it under warranty.
Maybe your Nokia at your country does not have this version of firmware.

I live in San Francisco, CA, USA. Where do you live?
When I talked to the Nokia rep. they told me that since this is a new phone they do not have a local Nokia service center that can look at the issue and that I have to send it to Florida for a repair.
