You could pay, I think about $3 , to get detailed billing; however, if you go to Cingular.com, click on "my minutes" at the top (the tabbed side). For some odd reason, if you click on "my minutes" within the bill, you'll go back to the log in page. Once in "my minutes" click on "details" and it should give you a read-out on all incoming and outgoing calls. The one and only nice thing with AT&T is on their internet bill, if you wanted to know what a particular telephone number was, you could do a search and it would usually give you a name (most of the time). I wish Cingular had that feature. And I agree with you, using Cingular.com can be a pain.

The website is having problems but you can call and ask for a detailed bill reprint. They can also add detailed billing to your account for free in some markets. When it is up, you can use the website to view your calls for the current month and download previous bills and lots of other things.

Thanks so much....cingular.com has been having problems for a while then, because I have been trying to access it for 6 or 7 weeks.
You'd think if they want to be a leader in the industry they would, at the very least, get cracking on their website....grrrrrrrr......

With the business accounts, (in my instance) your employer has to approve you looking at the bill. There's another website for business accounts (can't remember the name now) that would allow you to look at your activity there.
My suggestion would be to call the 866-cingular number and play dumb. Say you think there's something wrong with the setup of your account, that you're not able to view usage, etc. The CSR's have the ability to change attributes of your account to allow you to view it.
Doing this *may* change your company's ability to get your account activity/bill (I've been told anyway). On my account, it's billed to my corporate AMEX - not directly to my employer. I have access to view minute usage on cingular.com.
In the interim, if you're just trying to see how many minutes you've used, dial *MIN# send. You will receive a free SMS detailing minute usage.

Again thanks to all. I OWN the bussiness I am talking about tho, so won't have to go to the higher ups....~haha~
I have had some employees use it for personal use (which is ok) but one is taking "advantage of my generosity me thinks!

I found it; its called onesource. It's accessible via www.onesource.cingular.com, but you'll need a user ID and p/w. I would try your local B2B account rep to get an ID and logon...
