my reception on my v551 all of a sudden just sucks now. me and my dad are under at&t and he has a v180 and i sat then besides eachother and his reception is much better. i barely get a bar. but i use 2 get full bars. i got my phone off ebay. what can i do? is the phone defective? since i got it from ebay am i stuck with it or can i get a replacement? please help this a huge problem for me

If it's locked, ican unlock it. If you brick it, I can fix it

Try to contact your seller and ask for replacement if come to worst you just have to flash it.

flash it? wha effect will that have. its flexed to a v620 could that be a problem?

So you have flexd it to a V620? IF so that could be a problem, I have heard from Duceduc that flex is not stable. Let me see if i still have the flex for 551 if i do i'll let you know, but as far as effect goes i doon't know have not use it yet.
