look under 'device manager' and see what resources the MA620 is using. the reason why i ask is i have mobile action usb cable but it uses com3. so i set easy gprs to com3. now in easy gprs, there is an option for irda but i'm assuming that is for irda built-in to motherboard/laptop. just in case, MA620 is using com 3. go to easy gprs and set the com port settings to 'com 3' and speed to '57600'. you may get away with a faster speed but from experience, i get errors with anything faster. after this configuration, you can either hit 'reload' button restart easy gprs. let me know if that works for you.
