I have the newest firmware for my T300 but i donīt know how to install it.
I need some help because this update is important for me.

Important or not, you'll need a flash(cable?).
Then you can flash/upgrade your phone...

whoa whoa whoa! you can FLASH UPGRADE YOUR OWN PHONE?!  How plz? Can I do it myself or do i need to get it done at a service center?

No, I'm serious. Can I really do it myself? How, where can I dl it? After THATS done, then what? Transfer via cable/Irda?

You CAN download the firmware itself but you'll need a special Flashcable!
You can't do it with a DC or IrDa
