want to get someone really bad?
1.) Sign up for multiple AIM accounts
2.) Download any AIM cloning add-on
3.) Sign on to multiple, preferably 5-10 screen names
4.) Add Phone number of person to annoy to each list
5.) Open window for each screen name to IM this phone, paste annoying message and send, go to the next window, and repeat, as fast as you can
I didn't know they cost money and did this once.
The poor guy got them for over 2 weeks.

There is a way to block incoming text messages. I'm not sure if when it is added to the account if it blocks outgoing.
