But, if it is WAP you seek, I like www.mobango.com they have like a 5mb WAP locker.

when i try to transfer the rigntone to my V3 it say mp3 codec maybe be inappropriate or missing. i never did this b4. i would like to know what i have to do.

Copy them to the audio folder.
Then delete the two .db files and restart the phone. You may also need to do a master reset
