does anyone know anything about purchasing cell sites. I have heard that it is pretty lucrative but I wouldn't know where to begin, how much money is initially involved, how hard it is to get tower set up, what type of land is best.... I pretty much don't know anything about it so any information is helpful information to me.

i think the best way to find out more is to do the research on the internet...google->setting up cell sites (purchasing cell sites)... why would you want to do this anyway????

purchasing a site is a tough thing, i don't recommend it.... even if you could afford it.. you have the FCC to deal with... and possibly worst of alll.. the nimbys... no one wants to see a tower...
however i did see a creative solution to this once... i saw a fake tree that was actually a cell phone tower.. it through me for a loop till i figured it out..
