Hi there first time poster, I need your help thats why i'm asking the gurus.

I have the samsung d500 downloader which works well. What i want todo is to do a full backup of my original firmware but the only thing I can do is do a full Nand Dump which works well but it creates a 30mb hex file, which slighly confuses me coz when i look at the available firmware available for download from avi the file structure is diffrent can any one please explain how do i get my hex dump file to .bin .tfs compatable format.

TIA

Just change the 30MB .hex to .bin or .cla and the 128MB .hex to .tfs and create a .cfg with a hex editor and notepad.

Because you dumped the whole NOR which is a 256Mbit (~30MB) Flash memory. If you want 24MB you should select:
From: 000 To: 383
aka 0x1800000

And the 128MB is the size of the NAND.

Anyone know the correct way to get a *.cfg file that matches the backup we made with Corona Downloader?
