Ive just bought a Samsung D500 on Orange and have been unable to send files via bluetooth or infrared. I have managed to receive a file via bluetooth but when I try to send one it tells me it cannot find another bluetooth device.
I have also tried putting 2 Samsung phones together using the infrared to send a picture and that doesn't work either.
Is my phone faulty or am I doing something wrong?

I cant use IrDA to send either. It gets to about 25% then says sending failed.

Are you using the Orange network? I thought it might have been a problem with their software.

Make sure your phone is discoverable and that you are paired with the device you are trying to recieve files from. Mine is working ok, I have had a few problems with bluetooth but nothing to bad. My infrared if fine just sent a file to a 7600 no problems.

my bluetooths working fine but i haven't tryed the Infrared yet

i can searching anybluetooth from anywhere but when they searching i don't have in the list search, just think my phone have somthign wrong, help me please
