Yeah, Tex is right, I'm pretty sure that anyone that access's someones account whether they make a change to the account or not leave some kind of indication that they were in the account. Not saying the Rep would get caught but technically if they did get caught giving out a customers information (no matter what it is) they would be looking at getting fired. I dont know whats going on with you and this other person but I hope you find out what your looking for without anyone getting in shit lol

Well like I said I don't have any malicious intentions but I understand..I know with the system we use there isn't any footnote on the account unless there is a change made but I suppose if someone really wanted to they could see who was in the account. I know it would never get that far but it's alright...not a big deal I guess...

Everytime you access an account on the T-Mobile system whether you make a change or not you leave a footprint, accessing information without consent and disposing information is a formal walk to the door and likely resulting in a criminal record. After the whole Paris Hilton stint the privacy policy has been strictly enforced. I am a Supervisor in Business Care.

UhOh Rick! I guess it is my lucky day to come across the name of a Supervisor in the Business Care channel. I am an Account Executive with the General Business Channel of T-Mobile. So I can just email you directly with any issues, right????? LOL! Actually, to be honest, what happened to our Business Care??? J.D. Power?

Do you have info on what discounts T Mobile offers corporations? This would be accounts in the company name.

Hey, my names Brian, I actually just signed up, right now, because I wanted to post, here. I am a Direct Dealer, Retail Sales Rep for t-mobile, and I can honestly say, I dont think anyone in their right mind is gonna help you with that.
1. Its makes no sense (Sound more like a criminal mind)
-Not saying that I think you are
2. To risky for us employees, Yea sure u may know the routine, from working at a mobile job, but at t-mobile, they are very strick with account checking!
3. I see why your looking for a t-mobile rep, Obviously its a lil suscpitious and I dont think no-one would wanna help you in that,
anywayz, heres my email, maybe someday ill come-around, by the way, guys plz reply, I want to read what going on in your heads!
e-mail: helivez4eva@hotmail
I dont think I wanna give you my tmobile email, you know in case, theres trouble behind this, I dont want any contact with you from work! lol u know what I mean, anyways, to clarify, I dont think that bad of you!.(or do i)

Hi,
I'm a T-Mobile Customer Care Representative, and your best bet is to call us at 1-800-937-8997. We'll be able to answer any device questions you might have.
Best of Luck!
