Im not an employee but I can more then likely Help. If you dont want to post the issue in the forum you will need to add an emial address to your Mobiledia profile so I can contact you

I'm sorry samsung, I know I wasn't clear about my intentions...I'm trying to get and idea of who someone is based on a telephone # that I have...I do speak with this person on a fairly regular basis but some of the things said don't add up so I'm trying to be sneaky by making sure they are who they say they are without calling them a liar...I'm not looking for any critical information but I've never met this person so looking at a drivers license is not an option...I'm really just looking for name, address if possible, birthdate and maybe where their calls originated from over the last couple of weeks...I have worked for SprintPcs for 2 years so I know that getting this information is less time consuming than eating a hamburger, but finding someone to help is th challenge...
Any help would be apprieciated...Thanks
