I have a Samsung A620, using Easystudio 2.0 and a USB cable. Easystudio says offline and will never collect, what's wrong?

CHeck the port is set correctly, but you may have a bad cable, only certain cables work.

no dude u must use the easystudio.. and the recommended cable named pl280 i think.. and first u must edjust the port settings.. enter the setup in the easystudio and set the port at port 3 and speed at 11250 and then go to the hardware settings in windows and there set the port 3 on same speed of 11250.. and it should work.. i'm not sure that the nombers are the exact numbers but when u get to the setting select the nearest choices:-)
