Hi all
Got my d500 2weeks ago after waiting since the 10th of dec....well happy...
Also wiv ma fone i got a 02 BT dongle job... but having probs!!
I can send data from ma phone throu the dongle... using the software wiv the dongle ... Bluetooth connectivity wizard or summet like that!
But for some reason i cannot send from fone to pc... say i go to send pic... it searchs for device ithen begin transefer but it say connectiion fails???
Has any bodu else had this prob if so how have they resolved it.... or is there ne other software i can use to send my data??
All advice appreciated...

What software are you using with your Bluetooth dongle?
I'm using Easy Studio with my O2 D500 and works fine..

Right ok..just using the software that was wiv it... i will download easy studio n give it a shot..ta for ya help mate..

where can i get easy studio from? My bluetooth dongle seems to work fine once but each time i turn the computer off the software stops working.

What error messages do you get?
I doubt software is the answer if you cannot send anything.
I have had problems sending file's from my phone to other people's phone's. Could you try sending different type's of files. I have found I can send contacts to one of my friends but not pictures. If you can then it could be software. Try deleting the phone from your paired devices on you pc and deleting you pc from your phon's paired devices then just selecting send file without pairing, it will then pair but immediatly after send the file, this has worked for me once. Hope this helps.

Sorry..thast was tawfully explained...
I am using the software that came wiv the 02 bluetooth dongle...
The software allows me to send data from my pc to my fonbe ie pics... no probs...
but for some reason i am not able to send the photo i have taken from my fone to my pc!The fone finds rthe dongle.. but it starts to connect..but says coneectiopn fails...
Anyway i have easystudio opn disc on mon so i will try and see if that works..

Ya I have being having similar problems sending to phone's. Could you try sending a contact and seeing if that works.
