Does anyone know if the Jabra 250 bluetooth headset is compatible with the v551? I can't get the phone to recognize the headset. Also, does anyone know how to permanently turn on the bluetooth feature on the phone?
This is a great phone so far (i just got it), but the manual sucks! Thanks to anyone that can help me!!

Goto settings;connection;Bluetooth link;setup;Power -> set to on. The bluetooth is now always on. Underr setup, yoy may want to use the FndMe to make your phone findable by the Jabra 250. Let me know how it works out. I just ordered the same headset for the same phone but have not yet received it. I am curious if it works well.

Thanks. I got the bluetooth turned on, and the trick to associate it with the v551 is to hold the button on the headset down until the phone finds the heaset. Its working now, and I love it!

I don't have the manual here with me now but I just followed the directions that came with the headset. The phone setup is described above. I have now been using the headset for some time and love it. Its easy to wear and has very good sound quality. People I talk to do not know I am using a headset.
If you still have problems (and no one else helps), I will check the manual for you and describe on Monday.
Let me know.

Finally I got it. Just press button and hold until the lid stable (not blink), and then do the normal process on your V511 to find device. Finally, I got it.
When I read mahina's post, I didn't clear about that. Right now I'm very happy with my new phone.
