Yes, that is what I really meant "in the North East".. I am only familiar with one area where there is Rogers that I can think of. Brain is alittle slow sometimes..... TO much info in it! icon_smile.gif

LOL. Its the largest GSM service provider in Canada also known as Rogers AT&T Rogers is all over Canada East to West.

i'm on my second v600 and looks like t-getto is sending me a third v600 read my post http://forums.mobiledia.com/topic26547.html i caled them and they said they will send me a new or re-furbished one (i bought a new phone and if they send me re-furb i'm going to try to find a way to break my contract w/them. i have had my number w/them from back in the arial comunications days or nearly 7 1/2 years!

Well,
Unfortantly your warranty is actually with the manufactur so... the exchange program is set up to limit the process (not a requirement) so you may get a refurbished phone if you choose not to go that route call Motorola...

If you get a refurb that is no reason to break contract and you find yourself stuck with the ETF if you try. Thats why they tell you when you are doing and exchange "the phone you receive may be a refurbished unit" So if you dont want to run the risk of getting a refurb then just like tex said go to the manufacturer.
