have samsung e330. it accepts my sim card (asks for pin and accepts pin) then it asks for password cause "phone freezed". have tried the code *2767*3855# without a sim card and it rests phone settings, but won't accept 00000000 for password. urgent assistance highly appreciated.

is that the only code you used? i'm not sure if this will help but i always do the other reset codes along with that one...
i.e. *2767*stackreset#
*2767*wap# <-- will wipe out wap settings...
*2767*cust#
*2767*full#
did the full, custom and wap resets. didn't accept the stackreset. but i still get the "phone freezed, enter password". have tried 0000, 00000000, 1234, 123456, 12345678, and password. all have been unsuccessful. any other suggestions??
I have the same problem and im in the cayman islands

Stupid question but I am going to ask it anyway.
How do you input the following:
*2767*stackreset#
*2767*wap# <-- will wipe out wap settings...
*2767*cust#
*2767*full#
After the *2767* part the input turns into - - - - or is it a case of dailing the relevant numbers which would get you that letter so WAP=927 ?
Also how would it work for inputting lets say S as S is on the 7 button and the four letter in would that be four 7's? Very sorry to be a noob but we have to start not knowing enough to knowing enough to get by.

I have got my phone back out of freeze mode by buying a 9v battery cable from internet to unlock it using IMEI, I also debranded the phone with the latest samsung firmware.
