Guys finally got it. Killboy thx a lot for the help dude. The solution was:
I decided to go a stroll to my registry with "regedit" and search for "nokia". I found 20-30 entries that were still there. It seems my Registry Mechanic aint so good after all. After deleting all those entries. The setup worked fine!!! I cant believe it. all this time the answer was the simplest one. I aint trusting a registry program again. I'll do the registry cleaning by myself.
Killboy thx for devoting your time to help me dude. Sorry if it was not worth it.
Glittergal...tried what i did, and you will get it working.
cheers

In order to view your registry type regedit into run on your machine. Be VERY, VERY carefull. This is the background bits of Windows itself. don't play with anything your not sure about.

I configured my mobile last time.NOKIA PC SUITE also worked with it,moreover, the phone could also be made to act like a USB drive. But then i formatted my PC,installed new windows and this time,it won't work.Though the windows is identifying it as usb drive but when I try to connect through PC suite this happens:
Last time:
-First of all,I installed NOKIA PC Suite 6.5
-It detected a USB device but gave an error that device could not be recognized as drivers are not installed.
-Then I installed DKU-2 drivers.
-Now phone can be accessed as USB drive but PC Suite is not working!
-One day it automatically started working.I could access phone's internal memory using PC suite,I installed softwares, moves objects b/w gallery and PC
I had Windows XP SP2 at that time.
Few days later,it did'nt work!
The only hurdle remains is that what does that mean by Drivers in 2nd picture? Can someone help?

When you connect the 6230i via cable you can choose how it connect on the phone: either PC Suite compatible or as USB drive (see the manual).
The drivers should be included in PC Suite and already be installed, there shouldn't be a problem installing it.
