sorry for starting a new thread on this... BUT im trying to delete all the factory ringtones and pictures on my 551 with p2kman but it keeps telling me that im "not connected".

i have phone tools installed working as well as pst programmer (even though i dont know what pst does) ive downloaded all the drivers in the world but it wont detect my phone. what can i do, ive tried everything INCLUDING reading the how to delete factory files thread (several times).

if someone could give me s step by step i would be FOREVER gratefull.... thanks aot in advance guys, ive learned a ton off this site already... you have all been a super big help....

I have that same issue. I got an email from someone here and they said that I needed to update the software version. Maybe after that, it will work.

Ok have you ver use PST toenable java uploader function in your foene? if not there is a good cahnge that your PST is not working and relatively you P2Kman can't work is your PST is not work. So if you PST is not worl , un intall it and re install it and there is total of 6 driver that wizar will ask you to install jut piont it to you PST folder . Sample C:\program\PST. Good luck

Try to delete the composite usb device thing and or motorola usb inter face (only see these stuff when you have fone plug in) and then re boot, fone plug in reopen PST now this time it 'll ask to install about six drivers said yes each time and point to your PST folder.
What verson of PST do you have and where did you get it from? Email me
