Hello,
I'm in a bind. Just received an astronomical bill from Tmobile in which they charge me for mobile to mobile minutes. I have been under the assumption all along that the plan I signed up for in February 2004 included unlimited t-mobile to t-mobile minutes. Afterall, that's what the Catherine Zeta Jones ads said.
I need some evidence either in terms of the printed contract (which I no longer have) or some advertising material which promises unlimited tmobile to tmobile minutes in order for T-Mobile to reduce my rediculous bill.
My plan is $39.99 plus taxes and fees and includes 600 whenever minutes. I signed up for it through InPhonic in February 2004 for a one year contract.
Any help you can all provide would be very much appreciated.
Thanks,
Alex

Tallbuildings,
If you are on an individual plan TM to TM is not included though you can add it to your rate plan "Unlimited TM to TM for $6.99/mo." The Family plans, where you have 2 or more lines do have it included but an individual plan does not... If you get a REALLY nice rep on the phone you might be able to get a little help with it if it is your first bill. By the way, there is a really good promo plan right now for $45.99/mo with 1000 mins..

Thanks for the quick reply. This is actually my 12th month. Wondering whether tmobile ever had unlimited mobile to mobile minutes on their individual plans. I could have sworn that my plan did. Or at least that the advertisements from last year made it seem as if they did. Any help in demonstrating that the plan from Feb 04 or the advertisements for that plan suggested free mobile to mobile minutes would be extraordinarily helpful.

Well,
Not sure if I can help you there.. I know it has not been included on individual plans in the last year. (Doubt that it was before.) There are times when someone has an added feature on their acct and because of changes made on the acct it gets removed, in error) Did you have "Buddy Time" that you know of, because that did include unlimited tm to tm.. It wouldn't hurt to have your acct review back to the beginning to see if you had that feature at one point. Also if you chg'd your rate plan and you had a feature that went with your prior plan that was something that could not be included with you new plan and you were not told of the features you would lose by chg'ing, that is reason for some help with that bill!... Hope I helped you alittle..
