Its not that confidential, if people want to find it that bad they can do exactly what I did search in google. But thanks for the advise

Figured I'd follow up on this "issue". My letter of dispute never really did anything so I continued to call customer support. Finally got someone a couple of weeks ago that filled out a form for me to Overturn the Charges and it WORKED!!!!
I'm so happy this was a happy ending!
