Help- Connecting my D500 using Easystudio

Hi All

I have just downloaded easystudio v2.... and installed PIM and File Manager

I have choosen my correct port in setup and my phne has said conect wiv ll34 etc etc.. got a green light on my dongle BUT when i go on File Mangager it shows my phone to be offline???!!!??

Both myself and a mate is having same prob...

Can Anybody help??????

I got around the problem by reinstalling the software after I had paired the phone with PC

Its ridiculous that something that should be so simple turns out to be so bloody complicated!!!!

You pay your money and this is the crap you get!!

YES... im sorted... i unistalled my dongle software and reinstalled it... then it gave me the correct port in this case port 25... i then edited my setup in e.s and it worked.... everything works gr8...

What...just switched ma pc back on to send some pics i have just taken..and now its not working
