couple questions
1) I've noticed my battery life sux.....i'll be charging my battery for the 3rd time in 4 days tonite. Will this improve or should i get a new battery under warranty?? (or a new phone).
2) i just purchased this, http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=35209&item=5756 156943&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW is this all i need (in addition to a data cable) to use this product? Do i have to format things? i'm new at this and very inexperienced when it comes to downloading things. I used to just buy the tones and wallpapers off the websites but that can get $$, this product looks like it could save me alot of money and the seller has superior feedback. I'm looking forward to hearing from users of this site as i just found it today and it looks to be very informative. PLease Please Help, thanks in advance.

FYI.
The cds and data cable that you have purchased will not enable you to upload ringer/wallpapers. The seller failed to mentioned that you will not a software like Mobile Phone Tools, or p2kman along with your data cable to transfer files to phone.
Since your phone is Bluetooth enabled, he, also, failed to mentioned that you will not a bluetooth dongle (device) for your computer to transfer via Bluetooth.
I am afraid you will either need:
***Bluetooth dongle (like this one)
or
***Mobile Phone Tools If search hard, can easily obtain one. 
or
***You can upload your ringer/wallpaper via the Internet to your phone if you have Basic media package from Cingular.....to transfer files between puter and phone.
I'd prefer the using the data cable method with mpt, or p2kman as you can do more as to mod your phone.

i'm sending back my v551 today for an exchange. the company is sending me the new phone w/in 48 hours and i have to send back my old one to receive the credit (my problem). Can i transfer my 1 ringtone and downloaded game into my new phone when i get it or am i SOL??? Please respond. thanks.

ok i got the phone just now.....before i do anything i have a question regarding the battery. The first time i charged it it lasted for a day and a half. 2 nights ago i charged it and its now on about 13hrs standby and hasn't lost a bar. Do you think the first charge was a conditional one?? If not someone please tell me how to convert my one ringtone, game, and wallpaper to my new phone. I hope its easy. thanks in advance for your help.
