I attempted the 12 sec trick on my SE T610, However, I am unable to remove the preinstalled items.
May someone please offer some advice, I am not sure if I did something wrong.
After entering the sec. code, I hit ok and began the countdown from there.
After approx 12-13 sec I removed the battery, 30 sec later I turn the phone back on , but the pics, ringtones etc. are all still there. I tried several times.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. thank you

I have a good question. I downloaded a program called "sendfile" for my T68is and am able to send any file I want to my phone that the phone will recognize as one that it can use. Im wondering if the t616 that im getting will let me use the same program so I can send pics, themes, etc.. Also Im wondering if I can send any MIDI file and the phone will store it as a ringtone or does it need to be specific. As far as this master reset stuff there must be a way to find a system menu like the T68is had to unlock the blocks on deleting certain items, someone let us know...
