I tried the trick myself and it works: sounds, themes and pictures are all gone. Only the games, I can still see the titltes of the games, but the phone sais that they are unavailable... Does this mean they are gone or that I just can't open them? I can delete them though

Grr! I can't seem to get rid of that nasty game Erix by using the 12.5 sec thingy. I seemed to remove everything else and I've used the trick 3 times! 12.5, 10, 10 secs each time lol think my phone is gonna get knackered lol! Well it deleted my downloaded stuff so I have to get them back again... Oh so much hassle why can't this phone have more memory?! LoL

It works on the T610 nordic version.
I did it on mine after backing up all that I wanted to save,
A little slow in the boot process (might be cause it needs to recover classic theme from rom)
Now I have 2197K free of memory much more than the 890k when I bought it.
:0)
Its time to fill it with shit that I want,
If you are wondering I did as told and watched the clock, not a sec to slow or anything :0)

Right i have a T610 on Vodafone and i hav ejust done this 4 times and it has got rid of all the tones apart from 2
all games bar mini golf ( the best one )
but it will not get shot of the 21 crap pictures...
and 2 themes
I NOW HAVE 2062kB FREE
each time i do it ... i get more space
I think these are set to always be there as Vodafone modify handsets to buggery
any help would be appreciated...
oh and guess what ... i did not back phone book up first .... GREAT

Dear All,
If you have T610 on Vodaphone live! Do not bother to reset the phone by that way! You may find out the it works as it released some memory!
However, even you reset the phone by "Normal Way" (without using 12.5s method), you will get the same thing...
Becuase when you reset the phone by normal way, by default, it will load the pre-install picture, ringing tones, theme and game.
It is impossible to remove Vodafone Live! on your T610 currently!

Ive tried this a few times now and i still have all the pre installed trash and i've lost some of my pics and sounds! ARG!!

Guys (/gals) think they messed the Vodafone T610 - got it from them last week and everything been butchered. Good to know that T-Mobile is resettable but does anyone know anything about Orange yet? Sent my vodafone handset back and changing networks but don't think T-Mobile as good as Orange 
Any advice appreciated on above  
PS also sent P800 back recently and want to check this out before sending back third phone.

Hi there! I've done this trick on my Vodafone t610, and it have deleted all games except mini golf! Yey! the games etc, kept intact. I don't know about the contacts, because, I hadn't any on my phone. It deleted all sounds except 3, (don't remember wich), it kept most of the pics.. and deleted two themes.. now I have 1614Kb free, when it came to my hands I had only ~900kb,
I'll try again.. to see if I can get rid of those pesky pictures! 
just one thing, how can I do a backup of the minigolf??
