so has anyone actually had success with this method on a T610? people mentioned something but not about how long they waited or when they started timing?
i've got a T-Mobile branded one and even though i tried four times (10secs,8secs,12.5secs,then 11secs) i cant shift the T-Mobile crap from my menu, background etc!?
if any T610 owners have tried this method please post!

Those phones that a preconfigured with the Operators themes cant use this trick to remove these theme bacause they have edited the classic theme and that one is necessary for the phone to work,,

Does anyone know if thsi trick will work on the T610 for sure? there is a lot of pre-installed crap that i wanna get rid off.....takes up too much memory.
My phone is on Vodafone UK.....has anyone actually tried it on this phone & network.
Also, does it invalidate the warranty??

Tried your 13+10 seconds reset trick. Worked like a charm. Lost all ringsignals, games, all MMSes, all but my own pictures. Had 500K free all of a sudden, which after putting back ringsignals and games left me with about 250K free. That's 200K more than before!

Hey folks... for those of you who've tried this trick & have had success, I've got a question for you. What about d/l songs & pix? Do they stay?
I'm new with my T300 & would like to lose all those lame pix & create & IR my own, so the extra space would be great.

That' s not correct...
My t300 (10 sec trick) came out with no theme at all, just basic black font white backgound and chat and gprs icons in upper left corner (insted of right)...

Read about this trick the other day and been playing around with it..
Found out that 5-8 seconds is best for me/my model coz then only the bare essentials are installed in the phone. No mo themes, pics and other crap.. And especially that messed up THPS.. The lamest game I've played for a very long time.
So.. Just wanted to say that this trick works just fine on me T310 and on also me mates phone..

Thank You This worked for me on my T310.
Just for you information : After the Reset I waited a little more than 30 seconds before replacing the battery and cover, the phone started as normal no 60 second wait.
Also now in the "Fun&Games", "Games" menu Tony Hawk Pro Skater now shows as THPS4SEur anyone else got similar?
A quick question
Is it possible to send the Morphun Game files back to a computer using the Infra Red or Data Cable?
Thanks for helping me go from 58KB to 235KB - Helps for storing more Photos with the CommuniCam.

Firstly, I'm new to this forum so I'd just like to say hi. Just recently bought the Vodafone T610 and only problem I've found is the Outdoors thing. I'm sure it can be sorted by fiddling with the contrast.
To get back to the topic of deleting pre-installed stuff on the phone, best thing I've found is the manual (and therefore tedious) version, by one-by-one deleting pics from your phone.
In the Ringtones sect, it has left me the Ibiza Party, Funky Pop, Relaxed Soul, Digirain, Greeting, Old Phone, Sony Ericsson (poly and mono tones).
Still got a fair few of the original pics - but why would anyone want a picture of grass, or pebbles, or even sand?????????
The only Theme I can delete is the Deep Ocean (I'm using the Classical I think, but I'll get rid of that to free more space if needs be).
All the games have gone except Minigolf (don't want to delete that anyway!!) although it can actually go if needs be.
So, games take up 68 KB, Sounds now take 59 KB (I have downloaded one), Pics use 797 KB (sort of trigger happy with the camera), and Themes take 145 KB. 996 KB of free space? Not bad!

worked on my t310 bought in Norway.
did it one time, a little over 13sec.
had 73kb, now it's 187kb. not so much more. but it was cool.
is there anyway to get more free space?
