I entered the Walkers txt2win competition the other day, never normally bother and guess what I won a Sony Ericcson T310 and camera.
The amazing thing is that the day before I was talking to the wife about getting a new phone as hers has packed up! Now I get the new one and she can have my old one.
Anyway I'm very excited as it looks like a nice phone. I assume it will arrive unlocked and I just chuck my Virgin SIM card in?

bet it comes wid its own sim card on a different network...which sounds good seeing as u are on virgin  and i bet walkers have thier own deals with phone and Networks

As far as I can tell it comes unlocked with no SIM. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will work on virgin as I do not want to change - why would I ? Its cheap and exactly right for me, plus their service is excellent.
If anybody fancies checking T310 compatability with virgin for me please let me know, just meed to type in *#06# get the number then put it through the virgin website.
I will be gutted if it doesnt work on virgin!!!!!!

The T310 doesn't work with Virgin Mobile sim cards.

Excuse my other post, ... If the T310 is UNLOCKED, ... your virgin sim card should work just fine with your new phone. Sorry about the mistake on an earlier post, and I think you left a message on my post about the IrDa cable and where I can purchase it, ... I thankfully bought one online and it should be here any day now enjoy your T310 its an excellent phone
