Hello,
When I put an mp3 into my mpx220, it doesnt play out as loud as my other ringtones. Anyone know what i'm doing wrong?

The problem is it plays thru the ear piece, and not the speaker. I have not found a fix yet.

make sure you play it in media player and check to see if you have the latest manufacturer version 1.30.00 because the update fixed a lot of sound issues. also you can hook up a hands free kit to the headphone jack and listen on there. hope that helps.
