Hi i have the samsung e800 and i cannot download music onto my phone from my computer, ihave downloaded the samsung PC studio PIM and file manager 2.0 and i cannot see my contacts or anything from my sim. it also says im offline. can you help me?

Hi, i have a samsung E800 and i just bought the EasyStudio PIMS file manager thing... i installed it all ok with the usb cable that came in the pack and managed to get it online (finally) but then it came up with a box saying that it "cannot read my messages" and the only choice i had was to click "ok" and now it has been stuck saying it is "Loading the MS's organiser data" for about 2 hours. i tried stopping it, uninstalling everything and completely restarting from scratch but it has just done the same thing.
Please please help me! the screen on my phone is broken so this is the only way i can get any of my numbers or photos!
