hi there,
i would like sum help wit Easy Studio and PIMS file manager plz as when i try to d/l my pics from my fone to my comp it says offline at the bottom dunno y??? icon_sad.gif i have windows XP home if thats any help lol

what connection method are you trying to use? irda, serial cable or usb cable? what com port setting do you have in easy studio?

go to 'device manager' and check to see what com port the usb device is using. go to easy studio and select file > options/settings. select the appropriate com port setting that the usb cable is using. my usb cable for s100 sometimes ends up on com5 or com6. hope tha thelps.

I got problem with e800 phone and PIMS software too, my connection is Irda, there's only com1/com3 appear in the setting window, whatever I choosed to connect, always stay in 'offline' status. icon_sad.gif

anybody got any idea?

Is your Irda working correctly? Mine wouldn't show up at first as it wasn't working. If your Irda was working correctly it should be in the connection selection bar

thanks for the reply. I just fixed the problem, as I only installed PIMS before, after I install the internet access part, my irda connection would work with PIMS now. little weird since I didnt think the internet access pack should affect it but it does!

btw, I found I cant upload pic from pc to my phone, what's the reason?

how do i check if my Irda is working? all i wanna do it take me photographs of my mobile but i carnt get my pc or any of the programmes to recognise the cable icon_sad.gif
