call virgin and tell them you cant send mms etc and they will send you a puch message that will reset your mms settings

i tried flashing my d500 but corona crashed halfway through and now my phone wont even power on please help!!

call virgin service and tell them that you cant send sms etc and ask for them to send you a push message which you save the settings on your d500.
it fixes it all.

hi i downloaded the firmware and corana and now im not sure what to do i can only open the bin one and what number do i click next to com1. i plugged my serial cable in and i dont no what to do i do what says turn the phone on (do i put any sim in or non) and nothing happens it doesnt go to download can you please help me......

you have to tick both bin and tfs....flash without the sim card in there.

but it wont open on the other except bin because it isnt the write format or something i downloaded the write thing but only one one help

USE SGH-D500 DOWNLOADER V3.2...
HAVE BIN + TFS CHECKED.....
YOUR FIRMWARE (ONCE YOU UNZIP IT) SHOULD HAVE ONE .CLA FILE AND ONE .TFS FILE
ARE YOU USING FIRMWARE d500xaeb1 ?

right i have plugged the cable in with battery attached and then put into phone and then selected com1 and the number it was already on "115200" and then got the files and pressed start and then turned on the phone and nothing happened it just dont do anythin... what should i do
