Connect 9v Battery to Cable, must be a brand new battery as this process takes approx 90 min, and if the battery fails you WILL kill your phone.
power off the phone with no sim inserted and connect phone to cable and cable to PC.
select correct com port.
com speed should be 115200.
select the BIN + TFS radio button.
press the BIN button and open the .cla" file.
press the TFS button and open the .tfs" file.
Click Start.
Phone will connect, and the "Download" button will now be highlighted
click the download button and the flash will begin
Note: the entire flashing process takes approx 90 min.
Once flash has finnished, press stop
Phone successfully flashed

Try another firmware.
Maybe the one you have is corrupted. Also try another 9v battery as sometimes they have enough power to start the flash then drop off part way through it.
I had a lot of these problems even with what I thought was a new battery.
My experience tells me...Use a good quality battery.
