Try this for Blue tooth.
"They are basic and are based on you already installing Bluetooth dongle and being able to confirm that the connection is there between phone and pc as I hope you have successfully sent ringtones/mp3 and photos to your phone from your desktop.
Here goes.
You should have an icon in the status bar of the PC next to the time. DOUBLE CLICK IT. You should see "Motorola phone OBEX object push" this is not normally the obex file you drag and drop the games into. Once you are they anyway on the left-hand side of your screen should be some options, one of these should be "View devices in range" CLICK IT. If you have previously set up the Bluetooth correctly then it should show your phone in range. You would need to make sure that the phone has Bluetooth powered on.
CLICK ONCE on the icon of the phone and on the left you should see some more options and one which says "discover services" CLICK IT.
This will then bring up another set of icons which you think you have already seen, but here is where you drag & drop your .jar files into the "OBEX OBJECT PUSH ON MOTOROLA PHONE" and then it will attempt to connect to the phone and install the games. "
