I don't see any difference the two but have heard that the 4FR is better. You can alway flash it and see for yourself.

Do you lose any settings or anything when you just flash? Last time i flashed and flexed so didn't take note.

Flashing will not; it is like upgrading a new firmware with a puter software. Flexing will, however. I know what you mean as it is a pain in the arse to re-punch all the settings you have now.

Yeah, just wondering but the flex you have on your v600 is it better than the E9??

The flex I have now is a 'barebone flex'. It does not have all the extra ringers, wallpapers, video, files installed. That is the only advantage, other than that, it is the same.
