Use midway 2.8
Make sure java app loader is enable in your phone. Use pst for that.

Check out the motorola tutorial section for more info.

I downloaded midway 2.8, but now for what ever reason it can't connect to the phone.

I check in device manager and my phone is on com port 4.
If i set midway to com4 it wont work and say ''TIMER EXPIRED''
Then i checked in PST COM settings and it has com 1 2 and 3 ''available for PST use.''
So I tried 'em all,
com1 ''TIMER EXPIRED''
com2 ''TIMER EXPIRED''
com3 ''FAILED''

and yes i closed every program that could use the port before opening midway..

any ideas icon_ermm.gif ??

Can someone either email me (bmxbike@excite.com) or tell me where to get PST and MIDway? I haven't been able to locate either of them and I have looked many many places.... icon_sad.gif

When you enable Java Apploader through PST sometimes you have to try more than one time, I learned that the hardway as well. Theres more than one way to enable the loader: PST, OPCODE, Seem Editing. Feel free to check out my MIDway guide for moto's I think it should be the same as enabling it in the Vxxx series. www.webhosting4free.org/rewcons Goodluck ladies and gents hopefully this works for you.
