Send fone to me i'll fix it |
My V300 just went dead yesterday, I didn't really do anything with the flash though, it just went dead all the sudden. Same kind of behavior as others has described though, now power up only get bland screen (sometimes just a screen flash) and keyboard lights up for a while. I just sent an email to you, can this phone be fixed in the same way? Thanks!

@Old_Fool,
hi i was wondering if you could also fix my phone (motorola v188). i killed it when i was trying to recover it from bad flashing. at first, it would still turn on and working fine, even though the flash screen is not available. and then i forced it to have the flash screen shown by installing a boot loader from other phone. after that point, the phone would stuck at flash screen only. it wouldn't boot up at all. i tried to flashed with some R364/R365. even though the process was successful, the phone still would not turn on. the strange thing is the s/w version would not change to whatever version i chosed. after that i tried to force with another boot loader version 8.something. but after that the phone just died. every time i try to flash it, the process fails. so i'm going to give up now, and hopefully you can help me with it. thank you.

That's all you need if you have the PDS back up ok.
Now just flash the PDS back and then flash it with MP

flash the PDS is kind of misleading, you have to restore it with flashbackup (try version 1.7 if you are having trouble). You cant flash the PDS backup with PST or RSD as the file is .bin not .shx. Then flash with Monster Pack, for this use RSD lite of MFF.
