Hey guys, I have a problem and I知 hoping one of you will be able to help me with some advice please. For the past week I red all the information that was available to me through forums and different websites with the purpose of upgrading my V300 into a V600 or a better model. Unfortunately for me I managed to kill my phone with a monster pack that gave me an error while it was rewriting the flash and after I restarted the process said flash successful but my phone its not turning on anymore-no image or light on the screen, no sound, nothing. I tried to hold *#ON but it doesn稚 work. I even tried the trick with short pin 13-14 or 14-15 and still nothing. When I知 connecting the phone to the PC, MultiFlashFlex tool Ver 1.8 says:

Device: S Blank Neptune LTE
Port: 0
Status: Connected

But when I知 trying to start the flash or flex, I知 receiving the message Flash Failed or in Flex: Device 0 is not responding and will not be flexed!

In MSS 3.5.8 I.m getting the message:
Establishing connection with Motorola phone...
Phone found, initiating...
Error initializing TCI (phone is in flash mode?) icon_question.gif

Could any of you tell me how can I fix my phone?
Any advice would be very appreciated. Thanks a million!

that sux. i think your phone is now irrecoverable.

there is a trick though, (not sure if this is what you meant by saying you did short pins 13-14 or 14-15) but if you can find a data cable, with only the one side and it doesnt have the charger on it then you can plug in your cable...then plug in your charger (the one that came with your phone when you purchased it) and it should load up and say charging. try to see if you can flash it then. i think thats how you can flash it.

you cannot flex though, because you can ONLY flex when your phone is booted up (TLC Interface).

i hope you get that fixed, it sounds like you flashed with a MONSTER PACK when your was WORKING...you DO NOT do that. the MONSTER PACKS are ONLY for when your phone dies, but still has a bootloader. sounds like you could've fried everything, icon_ermm.gif .

Hey guyz, iエm new here but have some experience in Motorola phones. I read about this problem and I know how to repair it. If it still says your conected, even if is in "Blank". You have to download the FlashBackup and make a pds backup whit this app. Then, see if you can get a FULL BACKUP from another v300 (someone here has to have a v300) made with the same program. When you get it, run the FlashBackup and it is going to detect you the phone as conected. Go to the Backups part and then to "restore backup from another phone". It will ask you for your PDS Backup(as I say before, you have to do it first) and the Full Backup of the other phone. When everything is ready, click on "Restore" and wait. Itエs better if you do all this with the phone charging(nothing is going to be dispayed anyway but...). When it has finished, disconect everything. Try to turn on your phone & tell me what happens. Sorry for my english cuz I speak spanish but I hope you can understand me.
