there are a few codes out that might help u unlock the phone.
If the codes dont work. Then if u have a usb cable u can unlock the phone in a few simple clicks of the mouse. SUS TOOLS is a free program that u can use to read/write and unlock the phone. u can find that program on a lot of sites. there is also paid programs that u can use but we will not talk about that here. If one of the codes helps u let me know
*#06* -> IMEI #
*#1111# S/W Version
*#1234# Firmware Version
*#2222# H/W Version
*#9998*3323# -> PLEASE PRESS EXIT ????????
*2767*3855# -> ?
*2767*2878# -> Custom EEEPROM Reset --> i belive this is the code u are looking for dont hold me on it but its worth a shot.
I dont know if it unlocks or just resets the memory. be sure to backup the phone book before u do it because it will erase all memory.

try this.Turn off the phone. Put a non-accepted Simcard and turn it on. Type *#9998*3323#. Press Exit. Choose menu #7. After phone reboots type *0141# and hit the Call button. Turn off and insert another Simcard. Turn on. The code is 00000000.
if the 1st didnt work try putting a non accepted sim and type *2767*3855# phone will reboot and should b ok
