Can it be unlock by code? if so may I have the code. If not then my guess it have to be data cable with software. What data cable? serial or USB? and what is the name of those softwares?.
Sorry for a mouthfull of question. Realy appreciating all help.

Since you are listing the phone as being version 1.2, I am assuming you mean the x427M, which can't be unlocked by code. You will need a data cable, preferably serial. You will also need either WinIMEI or Cerebros to unlock it. Choose the q100 if your model is not present in the list and you should be set.

The best bet is to write down your IMEI from the back of your phone, open cerebros, enter your IMEI in the blank, click unlock and then write IMEI. This has been the most successful way to unlock phones and unless you mistype the IMEI, will not change anything on the phone but removing the lock.

Pretty much. Most programs made for one phone model work on many (or none at all) since the coding is basically the same for all Samsung phones (hence the lack of original features ). Hope everything works for you.
